Great Service
A few years ago I bought a cordless mouse from Logitech – today it’s listed at almost £50 and, if I remember correctly, it cost me almost £70!
Unfortunately, after almost 3 years of daily use, it has developed a very annoying fault, it registers double clicks when only one is made. This is very frustrating particularly when drawing. I really like this mouse and was about to buy another but it seems I don’t have to.
Visiting their site to check for options, I found that Logitech are so confident in their products that mine is still under warranty.
A quick call to their tech support staff, a few checks and they agreed to send a nice new replacement – today I received notification of dispatch so it should be here very soon.
