Meon Valley – Brian Curd vs Brian Curd!

The weather yesterday didn’t look too promising for a round of golf vs Brian Curd at Meon Valley (see “What’s in a name?“). Fortunately the early rain didn’t spoil the day for the pair of us and by mid round the sun was shining again and it was definitely “shirt sleeve” golf.
I managed to take the first hole but BC senior had a good lead by the turn and despite my managing to claw a few back, he was the winner when we put our feet up at the nineteenth.
Well done Brian and many thanks for a really good day!
