It's got 4GB of RAM which didn't give any advantage over 2GB as I'm running the 32 bit version that can't see more than 3 and a bit. 64bit isn't an option as it won't accept any driver that hasn't been blessed by Microsoft (so I gather). Vista is okay and I think I'll be sticking with it. Ubuntu can't do three screens neatly and I got sick of playing around with it, combined with the messing about needed to run Photoshop and my accountancy package. OS X on non-Mac hardware is possible but again I'm concerned that I'll have driver issues. I've thought about going back to XP but I'm going to stick with Vista for the time being.
